1. The service

Expedly - Facturare & AWB ("the App") is a Shopify application operated by SC COVERED SRL that generates courier shipping labels (AWB) with the merchant's own Sameday, FAN Courier, Cargus, GLS and DPD contracts, provides a parcel-locker picker, synchronizes delivery statuses into Shopify, issues invoices via the merchant's invoicing provider and reconciles cash-on-delivery payments.

2. Merchant responsibilities

You must hold valid contracts with the couriers you connect; API credentials remain yours and are used only to act on your behalf.
You are responsible for the accuracy of order data and for your own legal obligations to your customers (delivery terms, invoicing, GDPR notices in your store).
You may not use the App to send unsolicited communications.

3. Fees

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system in USD, every 30 days, with a free trial as shown on the pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the app; charges follow Shopify's standard proration rules.

4. Availability & liability

The App depends on third-party APIs (Shopify, couriers, invoicing providers). We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the App in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for courier performance (delivery times, lost parcels, COD settlements).

5. Data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. On uninstall, shop data is deleted automatically.

6. Termination

You can uninstall at any time. We may suspend the service for abuse, non-payment or legal reasons.
